One of the real pleasures of my job is shooting engagement photos. I absolutely love creating a beautiful set of images that my clients will love. Being engaged is such a special time, you have the knowledge that you will be spending the rest of your lives together while you also have all the fun of planning a wedding.

We are so lucky here in Chorley, as we have such a wealth of fantastic locations to choose from right on our doorstep. One such treasure is Yarrow Valley Park, which is where Leanne & Adam chose as the location for their engagement shoot. Leanne & Adam have been together for a while and have two children who they brought along with them.

I love children, and having them come along to the engagement shoot is fantastic. It means they get to know me and to see my kit, have a look at it and see how it works, then on the wedding day itself they are used to me, are more relaxed and happy for me to take their photographs.
