Where oh where do I even begin when it comes to telling you about the delightful wedding of Jane and Chris!? A beautiful and very relaxed couple, this gorgeous pair planned a fantastic wedding at the Oak Royal and it was a real pleasure to both be a part of and shoot their day.

The day began at their home in Chorley, photographing the girls getting ready. The champers flowed, the excitement grew and there was a real buzz in the air. It didn’t take long for the girls to get ready and looking stunning which was my que to head over to the guys. When I arrived at The Oak Royal the chaps were chatting with the registrar going through the format of the ceremony. The guys were chilled, relaxed and enjoying the final run up to the main event.

The ceremony took place in the Jubilee Suite of the hotel and once they had tied the knot, we set about taking a selection of group photos and portraits of the couple.  Being April the weather kept us on our toes, while it didn’t rain, it was windy and rather chilly. Once the formal shots were finished, the couple had some time to socialise with their friends and family before being seated for the wedding breakfast. Following the breakfast, their evening guests began to arrive and it wasn’t long before the party was in full swing.

With lots of laughter, heartfelt emotion and an abundance of pretty it was a day full of family, emotion and real love. Here are a few of the many photos taken of their amazing wedding day.
